Busy Busy Busy???
The hot and high humid summer has come to the end, and it is already September now although the heat and humidity will continue. The typhoons directly hit Japan this year. No.11 in July and No.12 in August typhoons hit kanto region directly, and disaster caused by torrential rains in Japan. We need to be careful but, what can we do about it?
There are many kinds of people out there. Life is messy. Company is messy, too. The some managers are aggressive, but some are not. Some politicians are able to think ahead, but some are not. There are people who can get the job done, but some are not. What are the differences between people who can do the job done and not. In my opinion, people who say “I’m always busy” cannot do the job done.
The election is about to start. The actual number of civil officers is the following.
