Zen Sha Ren

Zen Sha Ren is All Japan Federation of Social Insurance Associations, which governs all social insurance associations. Executives work part time and are retired government officials. After Officials from Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare retired, they work part time at Zen Sha Ren（http://www.zensharen.or.jp/zsr_home/）.

Zen Sha Ren Pay regulation:

	Monthly pay
Head Director	1,177,120 Yen
Standing Director (A)	958,720
Standing Director (B)	909,440

*Monthly pay includes adjustment allowance which is 12% up, so these amount is already made changes. By the way, I wonder what the adjustment allowance is?

Their bonuses are next following.

	Sum of bonus
Head Director	4,940,000 Yen
Standing Director (A)	4,030,000
Standing Director (B)	3,820,000

*The bonus is usually paid twice a year, so for June, a･1.2･1.6=1.92a 

For December, a･1.2･1.9=2.28a.

I do not care about other people’s salaries, but I do care how ZenShaRen spends taxes. They claim that they assure employment
