One minute and thirty seconds
You can usually find staffs who speak negative idea (objection) in staff meeting. It is natural because that is the idea of a meeting and discussion, but there are two kinds of staff who speak negative idea. One is that the idea is constructive even though they object. The other is that they just object and do nothing. The latter kinds of staffs are not adequate to the task. Furthermore, they can be harmful to the company.
The accident occurred at around 9:20 am near a railway crossing between Amagasaki and Tsukaguchi stations on JR west’s Fukuchiyama line. The speed imit at the accident site was 70 kph, according to JR WestWest Japan Railway Co. came under fire May 6 over revelations that 43 of its employees took part in a bowling contest just hours after the deadly accident in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, on April 25. JR West said that at least 13 of the employees were aware people had been killed and injured in the train crash as they played.
This horrible accident occurred because of one minutes and thirty seconds, so to speak. The driver was worried about delay because of the punishment so that the train went through the curve over speed.
