The revision is that we can use internet to apply in addition to apply by the document. Moreover, we can apply by mail so that we do not have to go there to apply. You can see the detail of revisions at http://www.moj.go.jp/ . Please be careful that the revision has been executing, yet the offices are not ready to be online system. Therefore, we still use documents.
Finally, the bill for corporation law, the commercial law, and the commercial exception law were presented in the Diet on March 22. One is that minimum capital system will be abolished. Limited Liability Company (LLC) also will be established.
*Shonan Tax Office has started new business that creates homepages for the shonantax client, and help with the final tax return for employees.
